Good Gluten Free Foods and Recipes

I've been going about 75% gluten-free for the past six months, and I really do love it. Let me preface this with the fact that I do not have Celiac disease, I do this because of the health benefits of not eating genetically-modified-over-processed-wheat. I've tried several different gluten-free foods, some wins and some losses. I'll post here and keep adding some of my favorite gluten-free foods and recipes as I go along. Happy gluten-free eating!

Gluten-Free Goods:

1. Udi's Gluten-Free Bread: my favorite is the Millet and Chia variety, which has protein in it. Tastes delicious when you toast it with some almond butter and jelly, or as a sandwich. It's quite filling though, so don't let the small size fool you!

2. Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice and Quinoa Fusilli Pasta

3. Tera's Whey Protein Powder (Grass Fed) in Double Chocolate and Blueberry

4. RP's Pasta (this actually tastes BETTER than real pasta!)

5. Pop Chips

6. Oat Flour (for baking)

7. Coconut Flour (for baking)

8. Almond Flour (for baking)

9. Trader Joe's Gluten Free Mac & Cheese (pretty good! Wouldn't have guessed it was gluten free if you didn't tell me)
